Product of second and third no. Is written in reverse order in middle
4*3 = 21
9*2 = 81
7*3 = 12
Product of first and fourth no. Is place at thousand and unit place
5*9=45. 4215
6*6=36.....3816
4*3=12.....1122
So answer is 2418
