Taking AB= 6
BC=6
CD=6
Solving for white region
Pie*(6^2) - pie*(3^2)
=27*pie
For blue region
Pie*(9^2) - 27*pie
=54*pie

By solving
We get ratio as 2:1

let the full diameter be d
then white area on both sides=(pi/4)*(2*d/3)^2-(pi/4)*(d/3)^2 = (pi/4)*d^2*(1/3)
since blue area is whole area-white area it is =(pi/4)*d^2*-(pi/4)*d^2*(1/3) = (pi/4)*d^2*(2/3)
thus blue area: white area = (2/3)/(1/3) or 2:1 ans
