Answer : 2 star

  • consider a cube with 1* as its frontal face and 2* on the upper face as seen in the first cube in the question and try to fill this cube using other cubes.

  • from the next cube it is clear that 3* will be on left face in our cube considered as above.

  • Now observing 4* and 5* we find that 4* will be on the right face in our cube considered as above ( 4* is opposite to 3*) and 5* will be at back face (5* will be opposite to 1*)

  • Now observing the last cube in the question 2* will be at the top in any case , so answer is 2*
