We should use tails on top while flipping always !!!

If you know that it's weighted to come up heads more often than tails, then it's simply a matter of tossing the coin 'bout a hundred times and figure out the "weighted" average of heads versus tails.

So the answer is (just like the stock market): Foreknowledge.
