In cricket, what is a ball called on which no runs are scored or no wicket is taken?

If a batsman get bowled on free hit and ball goes to boundary, will four runs be added or not? Is there any rule about this?

In cricket if a delivery bowled without any runs scored off it and no wicket is taken, it is called dot ball.
