I am not sure what you want to ask , please elaborate your question.
For an eNodeB, it will handover request from MME as usual. There is nothing special in case of UTRAN to E-UTRAN handover.
Once UE reports good enough signal strength of LTE network to RNC, it sends "Relocation Required" message to SGSN.
SGSN node prepares and sends "Forward Relocation Request" message to MME and then MME takes care of remaining handover signalling as usual.
