FND_ID_FLEXS Table captures the information of all the Key FlexFields.

APPL_ID ‐ Column consists of Application ID
ID_FLEX_CODE ‐ Column KFF Code

Example of APPL_ID: AR, AP, GL etc.
ID_FLEX_CODE: AR#, AP#, GL#, etc.
