What if PGW is not doing the DSCP marking correclty , what is the solution you will suggest ?

I was asked this question in an interview sometime back. So I do not have more details like what is the environment or what services running. You can just make your own assumption and give me a suggestive answer.

Is it outgoing packet i.e. PGW to internet or incoming packet i.e. PGW-SGW-UE

Suppose it is PGW to UE then we can use the QCI for selecting the right bearer when we know PGW is not looking at DSCP correctly.

Not sure , answer seems correct and effective. But want to share thoughts.
If PGW and SGW and eNodeB are connected to same switch/router then it will not affect.
If assuming, a number of routers in between these network nodes then probability of packet delay may increase . Due to which user experience may not be rich.

May be one of the partial solution would be to design the network in way, so that SGW and PGW are same device for most of the users or not far away in the network.
