In joiner, how to load Master table in Target?

I have two sources (source A and Source B), source B is an another one target table in my db. both are in diff user id . Now i have to transfer some data,s from these two sources to target table. Can i transfer data without using the joiner transfermation? how to do ?

Detail outer :keeps all the rows from master and only matching rows from detail.for confirmation see join types in joiner transformation designer guide.
Just in joiner,go to join condition ,put the condition as master outer join,then you get then data of matched rows from both the tables and unmatched rows from master table, then you get the data of master table,then u connected to tgt table.
