We know there are bootstrap themes for free to use but don't know if there is same for android layouts so that we can reduce the time while designing the app UI. If someone know, please share the link?

There are already lot of built-in layout in Android, like see this http://arteksoftware.com/androids-built-in-list-item-layouts/ which talks about built-in list layout (there are similar for others too)

I hope I got your query correctly.
Thank You!!
Does it serve the purpose??
No but I got my ans. Because I searched for many sites and they were providing me only a particular layout like Login layout with attractive features and main activity layout etc but I didn't get any site like having a bundle of layout for all activity where need to make changes in ids and some minor changes as we do while using bootstrap themes in web development, where we change ids or class name and append our data...n for android you have suggested the same things so ans is no.
That's true, May be there is something but I don't know lets wait for others may be someone is knowing something about this.

In android generally when an app is installed, the PackageInstallerActivity and PackageManagerService make sure to assign the supplementary gid's to the app. This determines the level of access when an app is invoked everytime.

I just wanted to confirm if any verification process takes place in the runtime from packagemanager or any other service for that matter.

The app is granted the corresponding access from the gid's that should get it running technically and Packagemanager will only come into picture incase of updating the app.

Is my understanding correct?
