Why transaction id is required in RRCConnectionSetup message.
Transaction ID is used to guard a RRC procedure. For every message sent by eNB and if it expects a response from UE. it introduces rrc transaction identifier to validate the response message from UE.
ue send s-tmsi in place of ue id in rrc con req, will s-TMSI remain same in case of HO also ?
I am reading about this IDs and getting doubt about mapping of these ids... Please provide some example to clear this mapping between these IDs
when mme will change the security keys and send it in ue context modification request message
