In measurement GAP period no data can come in SF and prior to those measurement GAP SF , in 4 SF no grant can be given. Like this in total 10 SF no data can go as per my understanding but in this manner 10 SF is wasted without data is it true.
Yes if meas gap is configured for a UE then eNB shall not schedule data in 10 SF, so that UE can go in meas gap. But eNB can schedule the data in these 10 SF to other UE which are not in meas gap.
If rach response occurs in measurement gap can UE monitor the PDCCH?

We as eNB dont receive harq-feedback in measurement-gap period. Threfore will UE send the harq-feedback in next subframe?
