I have an account on Bugzilla and not getting notification mail from Bugzilla from last one month.

It is very hard to track the issue without getting the notification/update on the bug. That causes delay in response to the clients also it affect our business.

All my colleague are getting proper notification from Bugzilla.

Any pointer?

Your mail sounds like you have problems with your company private Bugzilla installation, so you should better report your problem to your own IT. Additionally, if you are the only one not getting mails, you should as well have a look at your user mail preferences in Bugzilla, that you didn't opt out of mails or such, and of course your mail client and server side mailbox and such, to see if you have accidentally marked things as spam.

Anyone run into an issue where the time zone is not working in Bugzilla? We have set the time zone for the server in the administration settings. It worked for about a day and now it is no longer working. It is still showing as the correct time zone (MDT) and when I post to a defect it even says MDT, but it is 6 hours in advance.

TEST-FAILED Webserver is fetching rather than executing CGI files.
Check the AddHandler statement in your httpd.conf file.

I checked httpd.conf and I have added AddHandler cgi-script .cgi in this file. But not able to get through. Could you help me please.
