Is it possible to modify the QCI of the Default bearer after UE attach complete?

In LTE , after successful completion of attach-process , i want to fail the dedicated radio bearer , which is initiated by PGW ,what is the procedure to fail the dedicated radio bearer

Yes, Network can modify the default bearer after attach, through RRC re-configuration(DRB add/mod list).

It can be changed by PCRF in create session request procedure.
