How OCS would handle Ro If SDP-Media-Description-Type port value is 0.

Either the device should drop that AVP with port 0 or It should be handled at OCS level.

Got the answer so would like to share.
The device would not drop it. Take a case where you do VoLTE video call. But called station have answered with just audio. In this case SDP-Med-Des type AVP will have port value as 0 because it is not used.

So the OCS will not rate the user for Video call. It will be an IMS audio call. OCS has to handle it.
