what is the difference between “data” and “New type” in Haskel?

Can someone help me with what is the exact difference between ADT(abstract data type) and DS(Data Structure)? Google is not helping :(

There definitions are:
Newtype: It guarantees that your data will have exactly the same representation at runtime, like the type that you wrap
Data: It declares a brand new data structure at runtime
