Hi ,
what is the use that different MME serving one ENB..???
Hi Jaganathan, I don't know the answer what Neeraj asked but I can answer your query. There could be two reasons what I know having multiple S1-AP connections between one eNodeB and multiple MMEs. First reason can be to achieve load balancing and another reason can be MOCN. MOCN is one of the variants of LTE network deployment in which a single eNodeB is shared by multiple core network operators.
Thank you harshitha,,

We know, in lte, an eNodeB can connect to multiple MMEs. Can someone please explain in details ?
Apart from load balancing, is there any other reason ?

As part of S1-AP procedure with MME relocation, Handover Required message sent to source MME. Target eNodeBId is present within the handover required. How source MME figure out target cell is being served by XYZ MME and sends "Forward relocation Request" message to XYZ MME.

Please provide reference also if it is there ?
