what do you mean by resuming, i didnt understand the question
Specification saying like "resumption of SRB1 operation" ....

Hi,

as per my knowledge UE will try to resume the RRC connection in concerned cell after re-establishment . This what they meant RRC resumption. Resuming means reactivating security and RRC connection.
