Which of the network node initiates dedicated bearer creation for the VoLTE call ?

Hi,

as per my knowledge .. Nothing will happen in dedicated bearer, still your radio resource will be assigned because even in hold operator will charge the corresponding person. Hold is application to application communication, at the phsical level connection should be there to continue the cal.

To say in a practical way, even your call in hold also network provider charge from you because  your particular bearer with which you are in call earlier  still exits and not terminated. Hold is a facility to switch between one line to another.
