How much do You-Tubers(1 who upload) make when each of their videos get viewed? How does he get paid for the video?

In YouTube or any other internet content you make money via showing the advertisement. Which is dependent on various factor, few are listed below -

1. Number of views of the ad (say you have one ad on each video and you have 5 views of your video then ad views will be 5)
2. Number of clicks (each qualified click results in some upwards money)
3. Quality of the visitor (if a CEO is visiting your ad have more value then a student)
4. Quality of the ad (again depends on lot of factor)

And in short you don't get paid for video rather u gets paid for the ads...
