I think radio link failure. Please check measurement configuration is proper or not. If measurement report is not coming at UE and UE lost the radio connection it means measurement configuration is not proper. Need to check current configuration for measurement reporting. Another case could be another cell is running in same frequency and with the same PCI near by. Please check air interface lock.
During the bench mark Drive test with other operator, we observe that in my network Rank 2 distribution is only 30% while in other operator is 60%.
