I have iis 7 503 server error on my website.How to solve this issue.Please help me.

When trying to install a web site on my test machine (IIS Server) I got Error 503 Service Unavailable

503 error means temporary overloading or maintenance of the server.

Now you need to explain more with the details then only we can help what is the problem what is the solution (remember we dont know anything about the server website etc etc.
