And How enodeb informs about in which transmission mode and through which dci it sending data to UE? How UE knows this info before decoding data ?

Hi,

For DL ENB will send DCI to intimate which transmission mode ENB gonna send data, there are several DCI formats are available once UE decodes DCI from PDCCH UE will come to know which DCI format it is, then based on the DCI formats UE will decide which transmission mode ENB will send data in PSDCH.

UL DCI formats are DCI0 or DCI 4, these two are the UL DCI formats which will say UL transmission mode to transmit UE data.

As i know transmission mode convey to UE by RRC msgs but not through DCI formats... DCI format not having any "transmission mode" parameter ...

And as transmit diversity, open loop and closed loop multiplexing supported by DL ... what modes support by UL ?
No, Transmission mode is not conveyed through RRC message, That RRC parameter says what is the maximum TM modem supported by ENB, DCI will not contain any tm mode parameter because format of DCI itself says Tm mode. Say e.g ENB RRC configured TM mode 3 then ENB can send data in TM1,TM2,TM3.

UL only two DCI formats i.e DCI 0->transmist diversity and DCI 4 for MIMO(not sure open loop or closed loop)
