MCS index 29,30,31 when should use? in this case what will be Tb index ?

Hi,

these MCS is for re-tx in both UL and DL, For retx TB index wont change, only RV will change based on the MCS, 29 -> RV1, 30 ->RV2, 31 ->RV3.
