Who can help me with the procedure of SDCCH re-dimensioning ? I got a problem with traffic congestion in some sites with high Tch block and sd block, please help.
1- Which messages gets exchanged between UE and network when enabling airplane mode in Idle/connected mode in LTE or UMTS? 2- Can we initiate Emergency call when in Airplane mode ?
I have the following queries.
Please anyone explain these two in detail from a real time view.
May I know the arfcn and freq for Low, Mid and High channels for GSM 900 and GSM 1800.
