No, there isn't. As far as I know Fedora kernel team is looking at creating one for F21 and beyond.

its not worth the maintaince burden because the only difference is the install size - kernel drivers are modules and not loaded

Fedora's current kernels are universal, at least official ones. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Virtualization/History

Is there an equivalent for Ubuntu(Linux) Skype? I do not want to use M$ software of any variety, however, I do need to be able to do video conferencing. I believe that iPad users have an app called Facetime... I would assume that a version of that for Linux would work as well, if it exists, I do not have a smart phone either...

Is there a video conferencing application available to us that can interface with Facetime? (I am currently running Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS)

I am moving from Fedora to Ubuntu.
In Fedora , running "which AliasName" shows the alias.

For example, if I have

$alias myAlias='echo test'

$which myAlias
alias myAlias='echo test'
 /usr/bin/echo

In Ubuntu, this does not work.

After:
alias myAlias='echo test'
Runnin:
$which myAlias

shows nothing.

Any idea - is there any setting or any way to get the same result as in Fedora ?

I am using Fedora 20, subversion 1.8.5-2. In ~/.subversion/config I have

[miscellany]
enable-auto-props = yes

[auto-props]
*.xml = svn:eol-style=native; svn:keywords=Author Date Id Revision

When I do

svn add my.xml
svn: E200009: Can't set 'svn:eol-style': file '/data/mysvn/trunk/my.xml' has binary mime type property

But with Ubuntu 12.10/subversion 1.7.5-1 svn add my.xml works just fine.

Any idea why the behavior is different?

I am currently running RHEL 6.5 on a 64-bit laptop, and installed a new fedora 20 VM using the Virtual Machine Manager -- seemed to work fine, f20 came up, looks good, but now i want to shut it down, so from the f20 console, I selected "Virtual Machine" -> "Shut Down" -> "Shut Down".

Where it *looks* like the VM shuts down, but the VMM window shows "f20 Running"

Should I expect a different result? I was expecting the VMM window to show that that VM was Stopped or something.
