Whenever a new technology comes it provides better user experience. Since the role out of a new technology requires a lot of money investment. It makes services expensive for users. For what reasons an operator would like to deploy VoLTE when it is already have Circuit switch fall back for voice services. In India, Reliance Jio is a new player in telecom market that's why it is rolled out VoLTE since it was not having any legacy technology to provide voice services. What about others ? Are they deploying VoLTE just for the namesake that they also support VoLTE or really there is a need for that ?

Is there any formula being applied while choosing PCI for a lte cell or any random value in range of 1-504 can be used ?

On what basis an operating system is chosen and which one is widely used in telecom sector for the deployment ?

While deploying or making lab setup what all things need to be taken into account ? In other words, how interference from neighboring cells can be minimized ? What all configuration values can create high interference between two LTE neighboring cells ?
