Can someone explain this - "The SINR decreases most when the cell has no load and decreases less when the network load grows. The PCI mod 3 conflicts have little impact on user throughput. In highly-loaded scenarios, the PCI mod 3 conflicts bring insignificant impact and are not the main cause of interference problems. Therefore, the PCI mod 3 conflicts in the case of certain load need to be considered"
reducing PCI MOD 3 collision improves DL SNR and hence user throughput
For example -
Case A - It consumes less signalling load:
Cell X - Band1 - PCI 22 Cell X - Band2 - PCI 22
Case B - It consume more signalling load:
Cell X - Band1 - PCI 22 Cell X - Band2 - PCI 222
Which use case results to have reserved cells within the MBSFN Area ? Is it dynamically possible to make a cell refrain from MBMS service without restarting ? Which node or component of the network does it ?
