A networking device may have control plane, management plane, service plane and data plane. How I can define these different planes associated with a device switch and router and what exactly it does ?

Hi All
Can anyone please give me the examples of wireless mobile networks ? Are MANETs, WSN, VANETS etc are examples of wireless mobile networks?

Also, does mobile networks means cellular phones we use or it can be any mobile network?
