Without MAC HARQ configuration how MSG3 is receiving ACK/NACK form ENB , As per my knowledge MAC configuration comes after connection request then how this is possible?
Sib2 have maxHARQ-Msg3Tx . This parameter value is used to retx msg3 by ue in case of nack.
Will ENB sends 4 ack/nack or how this will be handled?
While UE in CDRX and eNB receive NACK instead of ACK from UE. After UE sends HARQ feedback UE is not expecting an Retransmission and moved to DRX OFF. But eNB is retranmitting it, How UE handles this?
Why HARQ ACK delay is 3ms? As such i saw , as soon as MAC receives Tb it sends ACK in next SF but UE takes 3ms to receive the ACK why is this delay?
