RF transmitter is same for both 3G and 4G or is it different for both nodeB?

Will this two creates any interference in RF transmitting?

3G works on W-CDMA technology while LTE technology uses OFDMA. As per my understanding both are different and it won't create any issue w.r.t radio interference.
