Yes it is different for Each ENB .this will be communicated to UE.Because both ENB will be in different location so same TA will not work.
Can anyone tell me, when UE ignores Timing Advance when timeAlignment Timer is running?
On what parameter basis, eNodeB changes its current transmission mode to different transmission mode for an UE ? What parameters are considered to take decision on transmission mode ? Does the eNodeB inform to UE about the selected TM ?
