Is there a app or something that logs home Wi-Fi connection activity?

I would like to know how long the Wi-Fi is up and when and how long it is offline.

In most of the cases each service provider(ISP) has this type of application, check the following one may be helpful -

It's close but doesn't seem quite what I am looking for. I would like a log of connected and disconnected signal with dates and times. This is useful for me especially at night when I wont be awake to check but be able to see the night status. Reason, our home alarm is connected to our internet, I suspect my teen sneaking out and if there's no internet I have no idea. Hope that makes sense and helps understand.

Using Wi-Fi direct, I've been able to connect two devices together and pass messages between them. However, when I try to have a third device connect to this group, the WFD connection between the first and second devices either drops, or the third device seems to be ignored.
I haven't been able to find anything specific about one-to-many connections in the documentation. Do they need to be handled in a special way?

There are two connection, ethernet and WiFi. Ethernet has higher priority than wifi, so connectivity service tears down the lower priority connection. The result is in wifi setting UI, the wifi shows "on", but no APs can be shown and mirracast also can not be used, as both wifi and p2p interface are disabled.

Are there some ways to keep both ethernet and wifi connection?

I have Fedora 23 and am using the default Gnome 3 desktop environment.

I have two wi-fi networks within reach of my laptop and Fedora always auto-joins with the network with a weaker signal. I believe it is choosing to do so because the weaker signal is the one I first provided a password for months ago.

I have not been able to determine a way to set the wi-fi network auto-join order preference. Is it possible to change the preference order?
