i have get second and third test ping to internet twice the result of first tesr.
ping 1. 80ms
ping 2. 150ms
what could be the reason?

Reason may be with transmission end, In Huawei, we check TNL alarms and IPPM losses KPI and alrms on site , lso need to involve Core team to check IPs may be the issues
