Data usage noted when mobile data is off?

I note that data is still consumed when mobile data is turned off. Further analysis shows that on 3G, when you turn off mobile data, the PDP is deactivated. However, on 4G the default bearer is not deactivated. I presume this is due to the fact that when you attach to the 4G network, the default bearer is activated at the same time.

Hi,

When your mobile data is off then you will not have Default bearer and IP, so there is not chance of mobile data consuming. If so maybe VOLTE charging might have consumed otherwise there is a problem in device. once check your mobile IP while data is off, if it is available then there is a problem.
