How N/W will notify to UE regarding incoming call?

When UE is E-UTRAN attached, how N/W will notify the incoming call (MT call) in both RRC-Connected and RRC-Idle states?

In general, If UE is in RRC-Idle state, N/W will notify through paging message by indicating Domain as CS.
How it will happen in case when UE in RRC-Connected state?
Could anyone please explain on this?

Pre-condition: UE is registered with the network using Combined-Attach (CS and PS both) option. In combined attach, MME updates UE Location to MSC so that MSC can trigger paging for incoming CS calls.

Let's assume UE is in RRC-Connected/ECM-Connected and MME receives paging from MSC (over the SGs interface) for mobile terminating CS call. MME notifies UE by sending the CS service notification message. UE responds back by sending the extended service request message.
After that MME ask eNodeB to re-direct UE to UTRAN/GSM by sending "UE Context Modification Request" message. This message includes CS Fallback Indicator IE.
eNodeB triggers RRC connection release towards the UE with the re-direction Info and it also initiates UE Context Release procedure towards MME. MME performs RAB procedure towards SGW.

What will happen in case UE didn't perform Combined Attach?
It has to go through VoLTE option which involves SIP signalling. If both the parties are registered with their respective IMS network then both can establish VoLTE call.

In LTE network, when an UE moves to ECM-IDLE state, SGW buffers the incoming downlink data and notifies to MME. Afterwards, MME initiates paging procedure for the UE. I want to know that how 5G is going to handle same scenario ?

When we will construct a RRC paging message with multiple paging records?
In which scenario I need to construct a RRC paging message message with multiple paging records.Suppose we have 10 UEs in idle mode and DL data notification is comming for 5 UEs at the same time, then how mme will send S1AP paging message(i.e one by one for each UE or all the message at once). If ENB is receiving all the four S1AP paging message then how RRC has to process the S1AP paging messages and how it should construct the RRC paging message (i.e whether it should send one paging record for one pcch message or it should send multiple records in one PCCH message?if multiple records then how to send the UE_ids to MAC and RLC?).

There are several cases when an eNodeB is configured with different values than its neighbor. Default paging cycle may be one of those parameters. I want to know, in which different scenarios each value of the default paging cycle is used ?
