Can ENB schedule different sub carrier spacing for different UE?

This can be usefull when UE's are in different location and different noise ratio? Is it possible

I dont think so this is feasible solution , because this creates overhead to ENB PHY. May be all UE can be configured with some common SS for best coverage.
