If UE gets more grant in SR request will UE send BSR still ?

If UE gets more than enough grant to send BSR and enough to send the data , then will UE sends BSR in the SR grant or not ?

No , If UE gets more grant in SR request then there is no use ti send BSR, UE will check the received grant >= available LCG data if this true the no BSR otherwise include BSR to get the actual grant.
