Does UE waits for detach accept message from network in UE initiated detach?

Can somebody please explain the procedure of Detach Request if it is triggered by Network.?

UE waits for "Detach accept" when detach request is not sent with switch off flags "on (1)". In other cases, network responds to UE with the "Detach accept" message.

If switch off flag is true and Network didn't send detach accept then what happens?

The only difference is that MME does not perform any NAS signalling with UE but it perform rest of the signalling with other nodes such as SGW and eNodeB. MME sends Delete Session Request to SGW and after getting Delete Session Response, it initiates UE Context Release Command towards eNodeB to clear UE context at eNodeB.
