What should be the UE behavior once BSR timer expire?

After expiry is it mandatory to send BSR in next SF or can it be delayed for some reason ?

Once the BSR timer retxBSR-Timer expires & if UE has still data available for transmission, a new BSR(regular) is triggered, otherwise UE will wait for the new transmission.
