Hi,

We cannot decide with this factor. Maybe max through put we can decide based on the each carrier BW and supported modulation scheme. If 5CA and each 20mhz then 5 * 100 RB's then if each supported MIMO then double of (5 * 100) and 64QAM and based on the carrier load throughput will vary.

For FDD 20MHZ, no of DL RB = 100 and no of UL RB = 100. But in TDD, different UD configurations having different no of DL and UL subframes and few special subframes. Hence how to calculate no of Dl RB and no of UL RB in case of TDD?

Why cant we configure more UL carriers than DL carriers? can anyone explain with valid reason?
