Carrier aggregation is to increase ue throughput by adding more than one cell to ue . For ex 2cc or 3cc CA etc

Mimo is to increase single cell throughput by doing multi layer transmission.for ex. 2x2 or 4x4

Our LTE network has different bands of LTE (800 Mhz, 900 Mhz, 1800 Mhz and 2600 Mhz). We are planning to deploy L800 and L900 enodebs and planning to activate carrier aggregation between 800 and 900. it is said that qualcomm doesn't support carrier aggregation between 800 and 900. Is it true, I don't know?

Maybe CA can be done on the enodeb side but if no smart phone does not support CA 800+900 it is not sensible. Can anyone clarify about it.
