There are different types of DCI formats are available,
Say ENB have scheduled DCI2 but at receiver side How UE comes to know which DCI formats is scheduled.
At UE side DCI format is encoded with CRC & scrambled with UE-RNTI to decode DCI format & know about PDSCH.
How UE will differentiate between ComponentCarrier ID(SCell ID, CA) and PhysicalCell Id by the values Nci parameter in SearchSpaceConfig IE?
Does UE has any implicit handle to tackle this situation?
i see few scenario where mobility info has target cell id as same as pcell id? Why this is sent by eNB?
If ENB is giving HO command in reconfiguration , for some reason UE wants to reject. Is this valid behavior ?
