NR has flexible HARQ response configuration, How this will notified? Is this notified in every SF?

It is defined based on RRC and DCI combination. DCI specific elements says the table defined in RRC.
RRC config is dl-DataToUL-ACK and in DCI PDSCH to HARQ Feedback indicator. These both parameter defines the periodicity.
In LTE it is fixed as 4ms in FDD, How UE decides this timing in NR?
