How can I use putty for cygwin when OS and cygwin are in different drive?

I installed cygwin in G drive and OS in C drive..

This works only when cygwin and OS both in C drive .

You can installed cygwin in any drive of your computer. It doesn't matter in which drive you install your windows unix interpreter (cygwin).

Amazon, as part of its Kindle service, does provide a pdf to azw (Amazon's version of mobi) conversion service:

The results are generally good. Once in a while, there is a pdf file that was produced either from images (hence no text) or odd formating. In those cases the conversion results are weak.

My interest would be in bypassing Amazon's service.
Any recommendations?
