Actually I have asked; what does happen at the core network, MME triggers trace start procedure for an UE ?

Not sure what you mean by that.

In solution by Affirmed Networks, company I currently work for, we are tracing using tshark on specific interface.
In solution by company I worked for there was a built in packet tracer but was also based on some Linux solution.

Personally I loved the IRIS Analyzer by Tektronix, worked with it once, and now I would like each Mobile Telecom Operator has it.

Not sure if she wants to know about the trace session activation or deactivation. And as you said the question is not very clear.

GTP tunnel id is a 32-bit long value over one IP address combination. Suppose there are two nodes A and B which has IP addresses X and Y respectively. Is it possible when first GTP tunnel id range gets exhausted then both the nodes starts using different IP address combination and again GTP tunnel id range can be re-used ? If it is impossible then what could be the reason ?
