Sometime we are getting error like element are eclipsed OR showing "Not a Clear case element"
Basically If we have view private file with same name as element name then Priority always be goes to view private file. Its means view private file eclipsed the clear case element.
So to get rid of that problem, We need to remove that view private file Once that view private file has been removed We can access clear case element.
