Shipping server is used for communication between source and destination. When the packet reaches the destination, albd_server is invoked. The aldb_server invoke the shipping server to import the packets.
· Provide shipping order for each packet, indicating how and where it is to be delivered
· Place the packet in an outgoing storage bay.
· It is often executed by job scheduler.
· It is controlled on each host by shipping.conf
· If we want to make any default to shipping server, then we have to go to shipping configuration file.
