We know that LTE has 1.4MHz, 3MHz, 5MHz, 10MHz, 15MHz, and 20MHz spectrum bands and what i have learned that E-NodeB transmitting power is 46dBm for 20 Mhz band. Will it be same for other bands ?

These values: 46dBm for bands 10, 15, 20MHz and 43dBm for 1.4, 3, 5MHz are given in the specification 3GPP TS 36.942, which provides models (of environment, UE and eNB) to be used in system level simulations. However, the standard does not specify the transmit power of eNB, beyond that it shall be defined by the local regulator and manufacturer.

An eNodeB in LTE has many interfaces like M2, X2, S1-C , S1-U . What could be the possible deployment case ? Will all interfaces use same IP address as transport or different IP addresses for each interface ?

If my following understanding is correct then please provide your comment/answer.
- S1 setup procedure is done by at eNodeB level rather than a cell level granularity.
- All the cells belong to same eNodeB follow the same DRX configuration.
