Select the Test suite
Export the test case (I assume you have already created one sample test case)
select the XML and keywords (if needed) and click 'Export'
This will create a new xml template
Feed all the info in the template and save the file as excel data file
Go back to test link and import the test cases
Now you should see all the test cases in test link
